Classes are available in three formats. For more details, including specific schedules, click on any format:

  • 12 weeks

    • Sunday evenings, 6 pm to 7:30 pm.


  • 6 weeks

    • Tuesday evenings, 6 pm to 8:30 pm, or
    Friday mornings, 8:30 am to 11 am


  • 2 days

    • Friday: 8:30 am to 5 pm
    Saturday: 8:30 am to 7:45 pm

    * Classes will also be available on two consecutive Saturdays.


Classes are held in variety of locations for the convenience of students and based on the number of people enrolled for the class.
